History of Kerr Enterprises,
Inc. To better meet the developing alternative energy industry Barbra
Kerr (President) founded Kerr Enterprises, Incorporated (KEI).
Licensed in California with work throughout the Southern California
area, KEI continues to service the community through the marketing,
sales and installation of "Green Energy" equipment. The growth of our firm has brought a realization that being a
competent tradesman is only part of the equation. To provide the
quality of service upon which we insist, one element of our growth
depends on increasing the sophistication of our operational procedures
by implementing software and communications systems, providing
a process to increase our ability to respond to our clients needs
in a timely manner. In addition to software and communications
systems, KEI established strategic alliances that enable our firm
to continue our growth in an orderly manner while increasing out
capability to provide a greater range of services to our clients. KEI has established several value added areas enhancing our ability
to perform. The first, by expanding our ability to manage a greater
volume of work, enhance our organizational structure for better
response to our client's needs and provide a fundament layer of
knowledge and expertise. The second area provides KEI with a broad range of mechanical
engineering and structural architectural knowledge, from which
to draw technical expertise that can fulfill the needs that may
be presented by the various projects. The third area is an alliance is with the worlds largest PV manufacturers
and distributors, which adds yet an additional layer of design,
engineering, system integration, knowledge, experience, and expertise
for any size project should it be needed. This alliance brings
the manufacturers to the table with the end user; keeping costs
down, and project priority high. Lastly, our alliances we maintain with the various construction
trade organizations such as the Black Contractors Association,
Asian Business Association, Latino Builders Association, The AGC,
ABC, The Better Business Bureau, The San Diego Chamber of Commerce,
and the California League of Homeowners. These alliances provide
KEI with a broad range of established and emerging labor pools
and subcontractors from which to draw to fulfill the needs presented
by our client(s). |
